 Before you proceed please check the following to make sure you have all the necessary information I need to get you screened prior to any appointment.  You MUST have references!  Please include them in your initial email or I may not respond.  I do not accept employment information and I do NOT see "newbies".

 

1. Three (3) Provider References    This must include the following:    

 

    a. Provider's Name

  

    b. Provider's Phone Number

 

   c. Provider's Email Address

  

    d. Provider's Website Link or link to her Eros, Date Check, P411

 

*NOTE: Your Provider references MUST be Independent Provider's (not affiliated with an agency).

 

*NOTE: Your Provider Reference's MUST also have a history of reviews on TER or Big Doggie (at least 15 reviews each).2

 

2.Date/Time Requested - Please include length of time you would like to visit,  as well as the date and time you are requesting.  My availabilty is limited as I am not a full time companion. 

 

3. I do take P411 and Date-Check as references.  I will still contact the providers you have visited with on those sites for additional verification.
